Dosage

• Performance Use: 75–150 mg every other day
• Advanced Users: Up to 100 mg daily (not recommended for harm reduction)
• Not typically used for TRT due to short ester

Half-Life

• ~2 to 3 days
• Injection frequency: Every other day or daily for stable levels

Risk Mitigation

• Bloodwork: Pre-, mid-, and post-cycle (CBC, lipids, liver/kidney function, TT/FT, oestradiol)
• Aromatase Inhibitor: As needed (e.g., Arimidex 0.25 mg EOD)
• Monitor BP and haematocrit: Consider blood donation if HCT >53%
• Cardiovascular support: Omega-3s, aerobic work, dietary fibre
• Injection protocol: Use sterile technique, rotate sites, limit injection volume per site

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT)

If discontinuing use and not on TRT

• Start: 3–5 days after last injection
• Tamoxifen (Nolvadex):
  • 40 mg/day (Weeks 1–2)
  • 20 mg/day (Weeks 3–4)
• Optional – Clomiphene (Clomid): 50 mg/day for 4 weeks

Follow-up bloods: 4–6 weeks post-PCT
