Tracking details will be provided within 24 working hours of placing your order. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. If your order or enquiry falls outside of these hours, it will be processed on the next working day.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier and the tracking is active, we are unable to intervene in the delivery process.
VGL Labs aim to fulfill all orders within 72 hours from point of purchase however we are not responsible for delays with Royal Mail, if a reasonable period of time has lapsed and you are concerned with the shipping please reach out to orders@vgl.fitness and the team will endeavour to resolve the issue as best we can.
